Proper Mustang Nomenclature Question
I am just starting to upgrade my '65 Mustang Convertible and have a question concerning how Mustang's should be referred to as:
For example: is it Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 or Ford Shelby GT350 Mustang, and ditto for the Boss and Cobra editions.
Thanks for the guideance.

Thanks, I'll do that - but there doesn't seem to be alot of consistency when posting Mustangs for sale. My young nephew wants to start documenting not only my Mustang's history but several others he knows of as well and wants to be correct from the start with how to "classify" the different models.

As for the Nomenclature, LilRoush is correct.
By convention, all cars follow the format of: Year Maker, Model name, Trim, Sub-trim Level
Examples:
Your Car: 1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350
1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 (however, many do say Boss 302 Mustang)
2004 Ford Mustang Cobra (however, some people work in the Special Vehicle Team acronym and say "2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra")
2009 Ford Mustang GT Premium (the Premium package being appended at the end to signify a sub-trim or upgraded version of the regular GT)
