Are Handheld Tuners Worth it???

Yes they are worth it. Not only performance but for other things too. If you change your rear gear ratio you can change the setting on the tune. And if you change your wheel and tire size you can change the RPM (revolutions per mile) of the tire to make your speedometer accurate
