Red 99 Cobra Convert :)
Hey guys, nice site 
I just picked up my 99 cobra convert today.....im Veryyyy happy with the car, it looks awesome sittin still, top down makes me not miss my motorcycle, and the tunes crank!....
Just curious, I cant seem to find the traction control button....I feel like an *** asking, but its not there. My buddys 01 had it right in front of the gearshift, did it not come with traction control in 99, or what? thanks alot, sorry to ask a question on first post, but the opportunity was there

I did find out about the traction control, so far...It appears that the wiring harness is there, behind the fascia around the gearshift, but no hole in the fascia...i think the dealership, or someone, took out an aftermarket shifter and broke the fascia, and ordered the wrong one, flipped the switch in the garbage..its defenitely got traction control it came as a package option on the cobra, and none of the cobras (to my knowledge) could be changed, other than the spoiler?...thats what ive read...
I have another question, but ill put it in the proper spot. Thanks guys, hope to make some acquaintences with some fellow gearheads

Welcome and congrats on your new purchase. Like sidewayz said Traction control was an option if its not there its no big loss I always shut mine off anyways.
Sometimes people are a little slow answering posts in here so ive noticed, but we are all good ground poundin Mustang lovers!!!

I wish it wasnt on the car, its defenitely there, when I pound on the gas, it kicks in LOL i wanna shut it off
I seen the harness in there, all i need (hopefully) is the switch...takin care of that tomorrow, ythanks for the welcome and the input!!!
