Hey everyone, i forgot to do this before i posted but ill just do it now.

My name is Matt, I been living in NY most my life, in a decent size town, 30 miles from the city. My first car when i was 16 was a 2000 Silver Convertable GT, that i drove up to the begining of this year, which caused to me fall in love the car ever since. My fathers first car was a 1970's fastback mustang his got him for his 16, so he did the same with me with the GT. Im 19 years old now, driving my mother's Audi A4, intill i get my graduatuon from highschool slash birthday present. 2004 White mach 1. In my other post i explained thats its ready in a few days, just getting preped and ready for me to pick it up, ordered it saterday from the dealer. Im new to the whole aftermarket mods thing, but im looking forward to having fun putting some money into this mach 1. Only thing i did to the GT, was remove some tube before the airfilter dont know what its called, and threw a new cone filter in. Nothing big at all. First thing for the mach 1 is exhuast the sound is prolly the reason i picked the mach 1 over my other choices. Alright thats enough of me talking, if i talk anymore none of you will read this. But i doubt you will anyway
from the little of this forum i seen so far, it looked like a great community. i plan to be around here as long as im driving a ford, so pretty long.

i agree w/ J. first off, welcome. must be nice to be able to get a brand new Mach 1 for a present ive had to buy ALL my toys. but, its all good. its worth it to me. and youre here for the ford's, not anything else. smart move. place is great !! have fun.

 

I just ****ing hit a tree in my moms 2001 audi a4, im doing downhill picking up some speed so i pressing on the break a little so im like 35 i guess, and i put blinkers on for a left, and i start to turn and this purple subura apears from now way well from the bottom of the hill i couldnt see it, flys bys me cutting off my turn, so i cut the wheel to the right to try to keep going straight and not make the left. but the brakes locked up and i skidding into a tree, whole front bumper is ****ed up, radiator is leaking fluid, and hood is bend up. The person whos house it was saw the whole thing ran outside, told the cop same story did abotu the purple car, that didnt even stop after they ****ing cut me off like that. so i call my mom to pick me up, shes little mad because its hers and she wanted it back because im getting my new car anyday now. The cop was mad chill he was its a really nasty turn i agree wiht the woman, as long as you guys are alright im not giving you a ticket. I never got one before, or never in an accident, Nothing clean as can be. and last few days im driving the car bam what bad luck. well anyway before the cop came if orgot this part this black benz pulls up, and the passenger comes out syaing im a nurse, im like naa im fine thanks and she gets back in a few seconds later the drivers gets out and starts yelling at me. ****ing kids, they always speeding downt his road bla bla im going to get somehting so 16's cant drive anymore. and i flipped out, i was in shock from the hit and now this guy as some nerve to yell at me?? iw as like first of all im 19, and 2nd of all i wasnt speeding iw as 5 over tops because the hill gives mometuom. and thats when the cop came and was like you involved sir and he was no, you see it happen he was no and the cop was like then get in your car and get out of here. i was like nice he had my back. what an afternoon i was thinking 6oclock not even 6 more hours instill i dont drive this car anymore, i had such a great day, went down to my college campus, got what i needed down to shedule my classes, was talking this his hot sopho for a bit. smoking his white accord that was ****ing with me on the parkway home, and this woman in a purple subaru i think ruined my day to the point of FUBAR. not to mention the dick in the benz

 

damn dude. THAT SUX. but, youre alright, no one was injured. thats what matters. but, hey, youre still gettin your Mach. so, theres a +. but, glad youre alright. wrecks SUCK. cya around

well dude think of it this way, at least it was that day and not a couple of days from then. i'm sure your mom was pissed but i think it would have been worse in your brand new mach 1. anyway, sorry about the wreck i know how you feel, i was motioned out into traffic by an SUV so i couldn't see the next lane and totaled a honda and did a pretty good bit of damage to my front end...i'd had my car for a week so like i said at least it wasn't your baby lol.
