Exhaust question

I'm considering replacing stock exhaust with Magnaflow 4.0L Dual Exit Cat-back (16605) kit. Does anyone think this is a bad idea? Thanks.

Welcome to the board, Magnaflow is one of the better brands available, should sound nice.
