thinking about buying my first stang

Default thinking about buying my first stang
I looking to buy a 1996 GT with a cold air intake and flowmaster exhaust system but when i took it for a drive i noticed it had a rapid backfire on decel is this something to worry about

Welcome and I'd check out the 4.6 forum for more info. It doesn't sound right to me.
