buying my dream car tonight
Hi,
I guess its time I join a Mustang forum.
10 years ago my buddy had a 1984 GT with T-tops. I rode to school in this car not to mention chased a lot of wild women. He traded the car off in a bad deal but needed a 4x4. Every since then I have been obsessed with fox bodies. I always wanted one. 3 years ago my buddy passed away so I started looking for his car. Not one like it but his. I found it two weeks ago. Another guy found it in the junkyard and completly redid it. I called him and he gave me good news and bad news. One the car was for sale. Two he had already promised it to someone else. For two weeks I tried everything to buy this car. I offered him way above his asking price and I even tried buying the other guy out. But a promise is a promise and this guy was keeping it. I got a call last night and the other guy backed out. Come to find out he was buying it for his son and decided it was to fast for his first car.
I am picking the car up tonight and I will finally be the proud owner of my dream car.
