Hey guys .. just signed up after purchasing my first pony car
1984 Mustang LX Conv. 5.0 car
but missing engine .. but it a good start for a project car I can afford .. beats that 96 F* birdI used to have that broke that bank everytime it broke . Look forward to learning more about these cars. and getting this one running. .. Also this car had an engine fire .. didnt hurt car but did wiring .. was wanting pics of what an the orginal setup would look like in that car. send pics if possible. I got a new harness with the car but not sure where everythings going to go yet.

Welcome. You could ask in the 5.0 section to see if someone has a wiring diagram.

Welcome to MF. Sounds like a cool project, definitely more than I'd like to tackle.
