RE: Im a NoOb
Good friends of mine own a Bowtie Place www.jjsautomotive.com
The owner is willing to do the Ls1 swap. On one circumstance, I must upkeep my car and use it for advertisement. I cannot say what the swap will cost, I'll just say its cheaper than going with a 6 speed tranny from Richmond transmissions.
I would be a dumbass not to do this.
Durability of a T-56 and the 346 Ls1 ....
2800 pounds + Heads, Cam, intake, roughly 420hp
of course the Boltons will cost extra.
I'd use the 8.8" rear and go with 4.10s
Ford Tough, Chevy Stuffed.

Is the mechanic that is going to do the work for you a good mechanic, someone you can trust and you know he is going to do a good job? all I am saying you have to be careful, it sounds to good to be true but if it is, more power to you. Anyway, good luck.
