Hello all, I am new to the forums. I am historically a classic stang fan, nothing is more appealing to me than a clean 64 1/2-73 stang. I, like most dont have much of an appreciation for the 74-78 mustangs apart from the choice few Cobra IIs. I love Fox bodies as well, hatches more so than notches. The sn-95s are great too, and the the s197s are a welcomed edition to the lineup.
Now, I hate to admit, but I have never owned a mustang. I did own a cougar xr-7. It was all I could get my hands on for the money. In the last 10 years the market has been kind to those who own a classic stang, but cruel to those looking to buy, and it gets worse every year.
All that said, Im ready to own a mustang and am now actively in the market for one. Im looking for a 01-04 GT, but will also consider any. I am in no position to take on a project just yet so Ill have to put off ownership of classic until I can make time/room/money for one.
I look forward to all that this site has to offer, and all the personal input from all members. I must say you have a great FAQ section. I have spent the last few days reading all the write-ups, how-tos, and general information that is provided in that section. Thanks for your time and wish me luck on my new mustang endeavor.
