New guy with an old car (65 convertible GT)
Hey all,
Just thoughtI might learn some new info about my old car. If anybody knows how to trouble shoot a 4V carbI could use a hand. It has a stall right as soon as you depress the pedal. Rebuilt the carb, but no change. Help...!!

Welcome - you may have better luck on the carb by posting in the appropriate tech section, but in my experience, sometimes it's easier just to buy a new carb. I've had good luck with Edelbrock carbs.
But the stall could be timing related - have you checked that?

Welcome to the board! It has been too long since I have messed with a carb. Post up in the Classic section and I know for a fact there are folks in there that can help you out.
