Hello, I am new to this message board. Let me start by making a confession. I don't actually own a Mustang, but I do have a 1989 LTD Crown Victoria LX (and if it helps my mom has a 1966 Mustang). That Crown Vic is the best car I have owned thus far, and it has made me into a car person. Before, if it ran, it was fine by me. But now I want to learn how to work on cars, the get the best performance out of them, etc.
I am a guitar player, and have gotten into the habit of using different guitar message boards to get ideas and learn things. Naturally, I also want to do that with cars, but I couldn't find any good Crown Vic message boards. Someone suggested I go to a Mustangmessage boardsince there are a lot of good Mustang message boards, both cars are Fords, and because the eighties Crown Vics and eighties Mustangs have the same engine.
I am hoping to learn a good bit more about cars here, and I apologize in advance for asking what might be some silly questions. I just got interested in cars, so I am still learning.
