Default a wierd one here

Hello everyone!
ok i know alot about cars in gereral but am not specific to mustangs that well.
I recently aquired a new project but have some questions hopefully some of you can answer.
car is actually an 83 ltd II (compact and used the fox body platform) prior owner swapped a 91 gt or lx 5.0 installed gt-40 heads, crane cam, 1.7 roller rockers, headders, rebuilt t-5 trans.and a few other minor bolt on's
inside: 91 gt dash, seats and console.
here are my questions.
I know that many of the parts are shared but what of the suspension is the same in the rear, the front is all the 91 mustang stuff.
I want to do a five lug conversion (on the cheap) and be able to run the '00 and up 17"x8 gt wheels.
it looks like im cool with the drum and axle swap in the rear but the front, i have read mixed on clearences with rotor swap vs. sn95 spindle and braked complete. a little help here???

my other toy is an 02 ford lightning.
