newb from Oklahoma
Well my name is Jason and I am from Oklahoma, I have a '66 Coupe with a 6 in it, for now. I plan to drop in a 351w or whatever cubes it turns out to be, 393, 408, 418, or 427...ect... First I have to finish my air vehicle and maybemy other horse, a '79 Bronco. Decided to join to find out where and what I should be looking to buy for my Windsor, and what I should be doing to drop in my v-8 in place of the I-6.
I came to own this pony car when I made the best trade of my life, I had a '79 BB Blazer, well the motor went to crap and traded it with a new crate motor, and got the '66 stang and drove it home. Also while in his shop he told me if it was a Ford part I could have it. So... 2 motors, 2 sets of heads, and tranny later the trade was finished.
As for me... I amhappily married with 2 kids, and love my toys, 4 quads, 4 vehicles, and house to keep me busy.
