New... looking for advise with my pony..
New to the forum, my name is Alex and I've been working on a 1966 Mustang for almost 15 years. I've driven the car for a total of 7 months in that timeframe.... I have no idea why I have never gotten on a Mustang Forum, but I'm here now....

RE: New... looking for advise with my pony..
The biggest reason I've only driven it that much is I was in the Army for almost 9 years and was unable to continue work on the project as I had no place to keep it or work on it. It's been in my dad's garage and I've slowly been working on it over the years. I finally got out of the Army and will be buying a house next year so I will have a place to work on it.
My other issue is I constantly change the direction I want my build to go and I never seem to gain any ground. I'm on the verge of selling the car and starting over from scratch now... although I hate to give up that much history...
I love the sound of a huge power small block, but after dipping into the import turbo scene, I've found that I really want a corner carving twin turbo small block backed by a 6-speed. Basically everything I've been building for is now mute and all these brand new parts won't be used....
