Default New Guy

Hi all, I'm new to the forums and to the mustang, My wife and I bought one yesterday. Wetraded inour Dodge mini vanforit... Good change? Hehe... We got a vista blue V6 5-speed convertible. We had been dying to geta convertiblefor years. I happened on this site this morning while looking for info for the car and possibly some local mustang clubs. Already found some great info on here and glad to have found you!!! Ok, now on to a question for you all. We have a vista blue mustang and it has a white double stripe with the words mustang in it, on the lower part of the door. The under door molding is black and the top is a charcoal black so... The wife and I really dont like it all that much, we are not sure it looks right with the black and blue. But wehave gotten many differnt opinions about it. Our dealer said they can remove it with no damage to the paint and can take it off tuesday. Well the question is, should we take it off the stripe?
Good to meet you all

Welcome to Mustang Forums. Excellent trade to be sure. Congrats.

My question is, why are you asking the question? Dump the stripes. Do what you want not what others want.

It is a matter of personal preference, but it would clean the side of the car up. Very nice by the way. On you sig, change the image tags to [img][/img].
