New O5 Gt Owner!
Hey, everybody! So happy to be here. This seems like a great place for Mustang owners.
I purchased an O5 White GT two weeks ago, and boy, do I love it.[sm=Awwww.gif] I saw the 05's and had to have one. Luckily, we needed a third car due to my sixteen year old getting her license, so, instead of buying her one, I gave her my SUV and I got the new ride! The Mycolor is sweet--I was lavender yesterday and green today--and the hp and attention the stang gets is great after driving a practical mom car for the last twelve years.
As soon as I can figure out how, I will post a picture. I'm a total computer idiot, though, so it might be awhile!
For all of you thinking about ordering (and waaaaiiiiting), do at least a state-wide search on the Ford website. I was going to order, but due to a dealer's backing out of a verbal deal, I walked out of the dealer the day I was going to order and ended up searching and finding the car I wanted an hour and a half away. It was my second color choice, (first was windveil blue--nice!) but it had the IUP, so I didn't mind. Besides, the white is cool. Maybe I should add some light blue stripes? Maybe I'm too old for that.

I'm almost 50...will be in Dec, and I've always liked Mustangs, only owned 1 and that was in '76.
I don't think you're too old for anything! I've wanted one of the new Mustang GT's since they first came out.
I knew that would be my 50th B'day present to myself...why not!!?? My children can't wait for me to get it!!
They're 24 & 27. My husband is excited, too. I'm looking all over GA for this car, and if I have to order it, so be it!!

Hey...
If you don't mind my asking......how much is your insurance on your new Stang? My rates here in GA are high----I'm 49 & have a flawless driving record....and it's still gonna be $830+/6 mos just for the Stang!!! [:@]
