Hi,
You can buy the Steeda intake with SCT tune from Brenspeed online. It is not hard to install, I did it myslef with common tools. Tuner is a hand held plug and play unit that tells you when to turn the car on and off during installation. Very simple. Brenspeed will ship the SCT unit with tunes installed based on what you have in your car.

I believe the white honeycomb disk is an additional air filter. I didn't have one on my car, but from what I have read, most toss it.

Hi yes you would have to get it tuned if you went with the steeda intake.
I went with the roush cold air intake b\c roush s intake come with a restictor in the
tube that does not have to be tuned but when you are ready to get it tuned you can pull it out to get more air flow it works very good and cheaper then the steeda i like it [8D]
