being torn apart
First to introduce myself. My name is Bogusz (bo-goosh) yes very polish. at the moment i am sixteen and i am stuck. I don't know which car to get. it's either a mazda protege 5 or a Mustang (GT). yea i know its a big difference but i was settled on the mazda and i was not even thinking of a mustang but my friend gave me a ride home in his mustang (v-6) and i pretty much was like whoa... we did some ricer chasing at our highschool before i got home...felt bad for the rice. so i got home and i looked online and i realized i could afford a 1994-98 gt or even a 99 v-6.But the problem with the mustang is gas. i have to pay for all my own stuff and i don't want to be emptying my wallet at the pump. after going ricer chasing i really was leaning GT but i dont know.
I couldn't afford my first mustang until I was 20. I bought a used 02 V6 and as a college student at the time it was all I could afford but I loved that car for five years and sold it for a brand new 2008 GT. I would never go for a MAZDA but thats because I love the american mustang! If you are going to get a mustang get something you can enjoy and when you get older and start to have a steady income just save save save and buy that dream car of yours.
Get a 5.0...preferrably a fox. I suppose a 94 or 95 gt would work too. If you get a bit more $ saved up, aim for a 96-98 cobra (4v, 305 hp)
The 96-98 gt's are a bit slower in comparison, from what I heard. I never really compared the figures.
See what the insurance will be for both.
