Default ok so im new here, advise anyone?

while it said to tell eveyone about myself im james, im a 20 year old marine on camp pendlton ca. now to the more inportant things. the engine in my 98 f150 desided to stop working a few months ago, bad news. however now i have a reason to put my friends vortech supercharger(4fk218-080sq) to use so i picked up a 97 lincoln continental engine for 350 bucks and tore bolth engines apart. what i hope to end up with is my 4.6 modular block, the 4v heads, comp cams nitrous and blower cams(recomended by them for my situation), the vortech supercharger for the 98 cobra, upgraded fuel rails, injectors, headers, high volume oil pump, ignition, and a chip burnt. now comes the kicker my old hamster decided to spin a rod berring so my crank got a little "changed". im on a minor budget but want something that can move, i was already replacing the pistons because of the supercharger and while im in there why not the rods as well as the crank since mines damaged. i was looking at seanhylandmotorsports.com and they offer a stroker kit for the 4.6 4v. ive never got this in depth in to engines yet and have never touched superchargers(and vortech doesnt want to answer the phone). has anyone ever done this, dealt with any of these companys? im really looking for any help anything i can get, i mean anything advice ideas, websights, companys? will the stroker kit make my compression go up? should i go with flat or dished(17cc or 23cc) pistons? the .020 pistons? is there any other things i can do?
also does anyone know anything about the 98 cobra intake manifold. i dont have one and think i need one, will any other intakes work with my super? i know that the cobra is probably the best but i already have a continental intake. are there any adapter kits?
this is my daily drive until i get the money to pay off the loan from the build but after that ill be purchasing a bike.

thanks a lot any help or advise is appreciated
james
