Default 67 mustang convertible

New to forum. I presently own a Corvette. I am looking to buy a 67 Mustang Convertible. Have no idea what its worth. Its a 67 with 6 cylinder engine, no power steering or power brakes it is automatic with air. Air leaks water on floor but works. It has a sputtering miss. Owner has changed carb and done tune up. Still not fixed. Needs brakes and rear end hums at 70 mph. Top is new, paint is good and everything else seems to work. I want to make a fair offer but not offend the owner. Has 131.000 mile. Help[8D]
