I recently got a 92 GT after wanting one for a long time. My brother got an 86 convert about 1990. I drove it once and was hooked. I still remember. I love it, glad I bought it. I wish gas wasn't so expensive and I had checked it out a little better. It leaks from a rack boot and there is some oil between motor/T5. I hear the rear main seal is a common leak? Think i'll wait for the clutch to go for that one. For an old car it still turns heads. Got to love the sound of flowmasters. I think the fox is better looking then the 94-04. Not as cool as the new one though. The stang isn't just a car, it's an american icon. One of the best cars america ever made along with the 57 tbird, vette, and 57 chevy. It's a reminder of goodtimes, fun, and youth.

Congrats on the 1st Stang in your life. Here I just turned 44 and got my first one this past march. Have since been road trippin with it across the country. I lve in Ga and currently am on temp assignment in AZ. Was a great trip and the 05 gets lots of attention so I know the feeling when your talking about head turning. Will be back to Ga around next feb for my next trip, but havnt planned the route yet.
