Howdy Mustang people. Got my 05 V6 a month ago. Very cool car. I've never been a "car guy"- figured I'd go thru life owning Accords, Camrys, etc. But when I saw the new Mustang (and the price for the V6) I decided it was time to step up to a real car. I know less about cars than your average 7yr old girl, but I bought a bunch of Mustang mags and am slowly educating myself on what makes these things go when I step on the gas peddle. I may even learn enough to mod this thing a bit someday.

Anyway, I've found a lot of good info browsing this site- got the TSBs to get my gas tank and front suspension problem taken care of here. Hope to be a worthwhile contributor.

I understand it's proper protocol to post pix of my car, however I"m having a problem cuz they're all too big. I'll try later (tho' if you've seen a windveil blue V6 with tinted windows you have a pretty good idea).

lol- definately not afraid to step on it. I've already personally confirmed that the V6 is indeed governed at 114mph.

 

114 mph not bad! just be careful with the cops and the freeways/roads. safety #1.
