Hey forum,

Picked up a 5.0 shortblock today for my winter project... not sure of the direction I'm going in with it, but probably building it and a monstermiata conversion. I may just find a blown up one too.

Just saying hi, I have gradually made it up to the big boys club. Started out with a little 1.6 honda, moved to a 2.0 WRX, then a 2.5 STI. Finally a 3.5 350z... and now the big 5.0L.

If anyone has any information about building a nice longblock, please send it my way. Completely new to this, would like to know the ins and outs, will be buying rods, pistons, and complete heads.
