New Here New stang owner Big Project!
Just registered. First Ford I have ever owned. Started building a 302 for a service van, but it looks as it will be way too powerfull. Picked up this 87 mustang lx convertable. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3874965 Looks like a bug project. Didn't look as big till I noticed rust in alot of areas where two body parts come together. But, anyways she is mine, and I want to make her feel better! I look foward to meeting alot of you here, and hopefully getting alot of good tips on the resto of this project. I intend to post pics and info daily to cardomain as I go on this one. Maybe we will all learn something together.

thx for the welcome! I was looking through there, but I don't see much info on what is the stress points on the body. some of the rusty spots seem to me to be in areas of concern but as I am new to these I am not sure if they are spots I can just grind out and duraglass over... Guess I will need to get some pics of those spots and make some posts.... That 5.0 section is the place for something like that right?
