Default Got a good one for you guys

I recently just bought my first mustang. A 98 3.8l vert. I know its a 6... but the car was so cheap. Heres my question to you guys. I love the car, wouldn't trade it for the world. Over my life I would like to turn this pony into a full bred bronco. Engine swap for a 5.0, cai, exhaust, supercharger. THE WHOLE 9 YARDS. Is it worth the money ill put out? like I said I got it cheap (800 $ cheap) and the v6 still only has 133k on it. Game or not?

Hi, welcome. On your question about the swap. How much $ do you want to spend. Maybe easier to buy a V8.

Welcome!

In answer to your question - probably not worth money for long term financial gain, but what car is? 99 times out of 100 it'll cost you FAR more that you will ever get back out of it.

That being said, most car enthusiasts ignore the cost vs value argument. We do it for the love of the build, NOT for the financial gain.

Again - WELCOME! Tons of great guys and gals here ready to help you out!
