2001 Mustang V6 body kit?

Unfortunately the only nose on the mustang she likes is the classic look. You cannot get that on a 99 thru 04. There is the Gen 5 kit that looks like the 07 mustang but I have yet to talk to anyone who has installed it.

95 BLOWN GT,
Like I explained above my daughter does not like the nose on the 99-04 Mustang nose at all. I happen to agree with her. The 99 thru 04 Mustang have an ugly nose on them. Its the way the head lights wrap around to the fender and how the grill is set forward much more than the older classic look and newer ones that have an old school look to them. She likes the classic look on the older mustangs from way back in the day. She also like the 07 thru the current model. This is because the newer ones have that old school classic nose look to them.
I am going to put a Cobra bumper cover on it and if she does not like it when we surprise her with a Mustang on her 16th B-day then I will point to the 87 Escort she will be driving in the winter months and let her choose what one she wants to drive during the summer. lol
Beggars cant be choosier and I can't afford to have to much money spent on a car right now. I will replace the rear bumper with an OEM cover and the front cover will be a Cobra cover. New paint and it will be just fine.
My brother has a 94 Mustang that has been set up as a drag car and it runs under 8 seconds in the 1/4 mile. My kid begged him for a ride when we were on vacation in TN to visit them last week. Now she really wants a Mustang even more. It was great seeing her strapped in and her hat turned around backward loving life. She was not even scared. He ran the car up over 120mph for her and did a few donuts and a little fish tailing and drifting. She was stoked. Had to be a short ride do to the car throwing the main belt off all the time. She was hoping he would hit the NOX button but he didn't do so. That would likely have scared her a bit. lol

If she really likes the classic look that bad you should just get her the 05 and up V6. You'll be spending about the same amount if you buy the 99-04 v6 and getting it done up to look like the 05+. At least that way you won't get weird looks seeing a 99-04 back end with a slightly dis-proportioned 05+ face. And the interior looks better in the 05+ anyways. Not sure which part of Michigan you are but here's a high mileage 06 Mustang that's the same price as a 99-04 GT. Just as an option instead of doing some major changes. Another option is just buying her either a 65 or a 67 mustang that's in good condition. My friend actually got a really good condition one with a 289 for around 5k a few years ago. I'm actually pretty biased towards the look of the 99-04 since I actually like the way they look and I don't really want to see one get a face job that extensive.
