Welcome to the forum, from half way around the world. If the plugs were gapped properly, is there a lower grade gas you can run over there? 87 octane is the norm over here, and although I'm not familiar with the newer Mustangs, I'd assume they weren't designed to run on 95, but who knows. Especially since you've got some extreme temps over there.

I'd try the 91, but still doesn't explain the pinging, especially on the 95. Could it have been a bad batch of gas? Your timing is advancing, or your running lean for some reason. Change the fuel filter maybe, and run some good injector cleaner in your tank. Just thinking off the top of my head.
