My aunt just gave me her 95 GT
I'd been pining over it since I was a little kid and she finally decided to let it go. She called me up out of the blue over the weekend. More or less I am now it's care taker and I plan on taking very good care of her.
1995 GT convertible with the "5.0" (4.94L I think?). Leather and all the goodies. 194k miles but still runs strong. I'm planning on taking her in soon to a mechanic to have everything checked out and get a list of repairs I need to make. She's been sitting for probably 3 years so I'm sure belts and hoses are rotted. I know some of the hoses are because one fell apart in my hand. Feels and sounds like a bad driver's side axle too. Hopefully by summer she will be road worthy and repainted. I'm sure I will be asking questions in the future.
I also used to own a 2002 base model (v6). It was the only car I have ever garaged, waxed, and meticulously maintained. It was passed onto family as well when kids came.
