Default Intake or tuner?

Hey guys I recently bought a 94 gt and it has a fair amount of bolt ons. Including intake 70 mm BBK throttle body and bbk headers but no intake manifold so it's the stock intake. What would be better to buy first the SCT chip tuned by BAMA or intake manifold. It's pretty doggy on bottom end which would do better for bottom end power? Any help is appreciated thanks guys

So I figured out why it was so doggy as I was watching mighty car mods on YouTube they were talking about mass air flow sensors and the little light in my head came on and thought hey I'll give cleaning my mass air flow Meter a try when I pulled it out it was all gunned up should've thought about that when I pulled the filter off and found a bunch of oil in my intake tube Duh but anyway thanks for all the input guys I think I'm still going to be ordering some gears from American muscle soon hopefully after my under drive pulley kit and intake manifold gets here
