Looking into getting a 1990 notch. Any places I should check for rust or problems? Thanks!

 

Always in bottom of doors as water & leaf mold/dirt that leaks past windows & windshields can collect in bottom of doors an other places if drain holes are plugged, etc.

 

lol, EVERYWHERE !!!! Sorry, your in the South, you should be fine.

Check the torque boxs for tears in the welds, strut towers for rust, and just overall body panel fitment/alignment.

Do you know any history to the car ? Modded or stock ? Raced or daily driver ?

 

Just saw it sitting outside of a car shop. I checked the tires, under the doors and the fenders and everything is in solid shape. The whole interior has been replaced and the paint is good. I didn't see any rust at all, thought there might be other places to check or if it was just a really good find.
