Ok so im new to this i currently have a mustang 98gt cold air intake ,performace distributors and straight piped and i only get 170 miles a tank replcaed the fuel filter and pump recemtly what else can i do? and thinking of putting electric fans instead

Welcome to the forum.
That's horrible gas mileage and putting electric fans on isn't the solution. There's definitely something wrong with your cars tune. Are there any codes thrown ? If so, start a new thread in the Tech section for your year car and they'll walk you through the fix.
