Have a base factory stereo. I want to upgrade to the premium head unit. Is this possible and what is the cost of the upgrade? Any help is appreciated.

Anything is possible! You just have to know what route you want to go. But if you want to go the easier and cheaper route just add an amp to the stock stereo. As small as these cars are it shouldn't take much for the block to hear you coming!!!
