Elastics braking

Hello, I have read in the forums of a problem with the elastics breaking in the mechanical arms in the convertible top and that it can be fixed. I live in Montreal, does anyone know where I can get this fixed?

I'm in Ottawa and mine are stretched, having lost the ability to return to size as the top is put back up and hang down below the bows to look unsightly.
Did you come up with a solution? Thanks
