Hello Horse Riders!

Planning to get my GT soon (or an Ecoboost for all I care). But before that, just a couple of quick questions:

1. Unless you rev a car, is the Mustang GT REALLY that noisy when you start it up? So much that neighbors can complain?
2. Active Exhaust option aside (trying to keep it as close to base as possible, except PP maybe), is the loudness dependent on other modes that may be present in a base car?
3. In Los Angeles and the surrounding area, is 36k a good OTD price to pay for the outgoing 2018 model? It's a white GT base + PP.

The new Stang GTs are quiet
(Ford had to make it quieter to sell globally--especially in China,)
