Default Full drive train swap

Hey guys. Newbie here. Just wondering if a 04 k member will bolt into SN95 without issues? I'm planning on upgrading my 98 V6 5speed to a Mach 1. 32v 4.6 5 speed and 8.8 rear w/4:10's. Thanks for any info.

I have drivetrain swap in progress, 03 Mach to 1994 Cobra. I have testdrived it but I have engine issues still. I had to modify brake booster attaching plate to fit in older chassis, no other modifications. I used k-member and all front axle components from Mach. I also used all wiring and alectrics from mach, only similar wiring was in trunk.
