Hi Everyone!

Hi all. I am new to the site. Picked up my 2019 Need for Green GT Premium on Christmas Eve. Love the new color and haven't seen any others yet on the road. I wanted to see who may be on here from SoCal. I am looking at the Borla Atak or S-Type exhaust for the first mod but I wanted to hear it in person instead of YouTube. Does anyone have one that lives near Anaheim?

I don’t live in California but I have had the Borla S-type on my 2014 GT and they sound the best I’ve heard. I bought my 2017 GT used it had 5000 miles on it and had BBK Varitune axle backs and they were extremely aggressive but had a horrible drone that would cause a headache at 1500-2000 rpms. I traded them out for yet again Borla S-type and they again sound and preform absolutely excellent. The borlas are quiet when your at highway cruising speeds (no drone) but when you step into the throttle they come alive. You will be extremely satisfied with Borla as for the attack and S-type it depends on what you like as far as sound. The Atak is more aggressive but I’m the kinda person I don’t like to attract unwanted attention i.e. cops so for me the S-type sound great.

No I don’t have active exhaust or quad tips but I will say you won’t be disappointed with Borla.

That question was meant for the OP. I do agree with you, Dave, the Borla is the way to go. If the OP has dual mode exhaust, he would be wasting his money changing exhaust IMO.
