Default Thoughts?

Hey everybody, new to the forum. I don't currently have one but am looking for one, which leads me to my next point. I have recently come across one close to where I live for $600. Its a 67 coupe with a 289 that's been sitting for 20 years. Its floor is almost completely gone and the trunk is not much better hence the rear suspension is now there. However the outside body itself is pretty rust free and is fairly complete One, how hard is it to repair the entire floor? Two, do you think it would be worth it. I am pretty handy with the tools and welder.

I think you can purchase most of the panels you'll need, it's more a factor of how much money and time you want to invest into it.

$600 isn't a big loss if it came to it, but look for all the classic mustang spots, ie towers, torque boxes, cowl, quarter panels, frame, etc. The sheet metal is the least of your worries, its all the stuff underneath...that adds up quick.
