First Post - please take it easy on me - I am a total novice to Mustangs, but not to cars. My son just received a full scholarship to college and loves Mustang GTs. He has grown up on manual Porsches and has even tracked them at Watkins Glen and Pocono. He drives a manual well and understands power. He recently impressed me as one of my friends allowed him to drive an 2012 GT. He rev matched downshifts, did some nice heal toe, and understood the torque and shift points well.

Although it is a risk, he is a good kid and I want to purchase a CPO GT Mustang for him. I need help as I am totally unfamiliar with the car. I looked for one on the CPO Ford site and found “0” in a 500 mile radius. I am looking for input into how to find one and thoughts on year/model pros and cons. This will be a total surprise to him, but I know his wish list would include:

1) Manual gear box
2) Normally aspirated V8
3) Apple car play compatible nav unit - the kind when all your apps are on the consul screen and touch activated.
4) Leather interior

Why can I not find any on a 500 mile radius search? I am in north east PA.
Any help with what to look out for on these cars would be appreciated.
