Newbie here...
Greetings everyone! SOOO excited to bring home my ‘95 Cobra coupe today. I will have a ton of questions but for now just wanted to check in, introduce myself and get a feel for this forum. Hoping for lots of quality help and appreciative of all relevant input.
So, without further adieu...
My name is Daryl. I live near Moorpark, CA in beautiful Ventura County. I’ve been a car nut since about 15 years old ( so 43 years now!); I’ve built 2 resto mods: ‘59 F-100 and a ‘64 ChevyII. LEARNED A LOT, but this new (bucket list) car for me is “modern” compared to the other two, hence the anticipation of TONS of questions for you all!
I just purchased the ‘95 today as a matter of fact and like a typical new father, I want to look after “my baby” appropriately and responsibly. I’m HUGE into drive-ability and what I call “old man performance”, i.e., performance but without sacrificing too much comfort. So, hopefully I can get some straight advice as to how to make this baby “mine” and massage it into the Cobra I want.
look forward to chatting you all up and hope everyone is being cautious and staying healthy 👍
Best,
Daryl
