Default Electrical Problem - Please help

Hi all. I have an electrical problem I suspect a blown fuse. I replaced the head unit on the stereo, added a light up grill ornament, front and rear parking cameras and front and rear dash cameras. Turned it all on and everything worked, for roughly 10 minutes. The it all cut off. I lost power to the radio, interior lights, windows, parking lights, and the power door locks trunk opener.

I assume a master fuse that covers all these circuits.

Can anyone tell me how to determine which fuse short of pulling each one?

If it is one of the big grey square blocks how would I test those? They are not like the blade fuses, those I understand.
