Default 2024 Mustang GT Power Loss

I purchased a brand new 2024 Mustang GT 2 months ago and it has currently 2000 miles on it. It has active exhaust with the standard 5 driving modes and also the 10-Speed Auto. On 5/27 I was driving in town low speed and it was in Sport mode. The car completely lost power, and flatlined. The car did not turn off but when pressing the accelerator, there was just no power, almost like a limp mode that just barely kept the wheels rolling. I pulled over and stopped/started again and it was fine in Normal mode, then switched back to Sport mode and it was fine. It did the same thing again, the same scenario yesterday, 5/29. I drove to the Ford dealer and the soonest they can get me in is on 6/14. In Yesterday's case, it did it 3 times, and switching back to Normal mode from Sport cleared the problem. I then switched to Track and there were no issues. There are no visual alarms (Codes Unknown?) thrown and no issues reported to Fordpass from the Car. I updated all software patches etc. as well. Very frustrating this is happening and somewhat dangerous in traffic. Has anyone else had or heard of this issue with the S650's?
Much Thanks....

Price we pay for all this automaton and computer controlled everything. Hopefully it's just a glitch and maybe a little reprograming of the computer will fix it. For the life of me I don't know how going all electric in the future is going to be a good thing.

Sure is the price we pay, a high dollar price for the car, ha! I was thinking about disconnecting batt for a cold restart. Also, the button for "lane assist" is right next to driving mode and I know it was inadvertently on at low speed when it did it the last time so maybe there is something quirky with that. A little more experimentation and analysis needed I guess. I didn't get a warm fuzzy that Ford would be able to track down right away. With the amount of these cars out there maybe similiar issues reported.

Control alt delete is my cure for everything and my first instinct. Couldn't hurt to do a reset. Our brand new Ford Edge needed a battery disconnect for the Sync system the second day we had it. The mechanic told me to always try that first because that is what he would do. Disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and then reconnected it, boom, fixed.

The car has around 6,500miles. I was just on my way home and out of nowhere it went into the same issue in 2nd gear. I was just pulling out of a store and I’m hoping you might have figured out the issue. I use the interstate every day and I don’t even want to imagine the issue this could cause.

Hello,
Apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately I did not find a remedy as it basically only did it a couple of more times and cleared up right away so I never got into the dealer. The car is in hibernation now until Spring. I did upgrade all software but never tried a "Cold Restart" (disconnect battery). The last couple times it did it this fall it seemed more of a shifting issue than power loss when in the different driving modes (Sport/Track). I will update if it continues and will get it into Ford when it does. Also, I'm curious to know if you still are having issues or found out anything additional?
