Default External temp

Hello, I recently intalled new ambient temperature sensor and it shows temperature, however it seems that it shows too high temperature i.e. the real temp outside was 32-33 F but on the display was displaying 71 F. Same with real temp 50 F but on the display 102 F. What I've done already: tested two diffrent sensors (one of them was cheap replacement part, other was geniuine OEM Ford part, both behave the same way), disconnected the battery (in order to resest electricity), drove for 30 minutes with steady speed (even on a highway), resetted HVAC module multiple times. Did anyone have similar problem? I have manual A/C so it's not a big of a problem for me.
Sorry for my bad english.
