Hello glad I found this group and I pray someone can help me. Kind of. A long story but my mom.passed away late last year before she passed we talked about her old 64 Thunderbird convertable my dad got her long time ago. She really wanted to roll the beaches with the top down never got the chance due to my dad passing away she had to sell the car. Fast forward alot of years last August she said she really wanted to do that I mentioned renting a convertable for the day and doing that so we planned it out. She passed away Sept 25th. I ended up buying a 2004 Ford mustang 40th annniversary edition convertable. The top needed to be replaced so I got a new top paid someone to do it and i.feel got ripped off because it does not work it won't go diwn around the back window like it shoukd so it won't lay flat. I am not a mechanic in anyway I really dont know what im doing I need help as to what to do. I'm not sure if this let's me add pics but if it does ill add some its so close to being right I dont think its going to be a impossible fix anyway that why im here if anyone has experience with convertable top on a 04 Mustang please let me know maybe we can exchange numbers or something and I can video chat with you and show what the issues is and you can help me. I want to put my moms urn in the passenger seat and make her last wish happen. Please if anyone can help let me know and thank you if you read all this
