Hey all, I know that the 96 Tangerine Orange Mustang GT's are pretty rare... I happen to have one. I was wondering what they are worth, compared to a comparable mustang of the same year, only not the beautiful orange color? I live in Reno, you may know of the winters here, and unfortunately I might sell the car. It's no longer feasible for my family and I need a 4x4, and the dealers would rape me on it if i traded it. Plus, its a daily driver, and it pains me to drive it in this weather, it needs a better home. I have some pics posted here....http://www.productsiege.com/stang/mustangpics.htm and the car only has 64000 original miles. So, any suggestions on what this baby might be worth... better yet, anyone want one, LOL!
Thanks everyone!
Chris

I personally don't think that color is going to make the car worth more money unless you find a buyer who really wants that particular color and is willing to pay more for it!!!
Hey Chris, I believe that color actually detracts from the value, I would say it's worth ohhhh $100 bucks, by the way I'll be right out to pick it up! lol No I really don't know what the value would be if it's a rare color.
Well Im not sure what the price value difference is...... Maybe more maybe not... But I do know there were829 made in 96` mostly GT's.. And 920 total, thats including all the tested cars, destroyed ones and for research.......

Manual: 76%.......Auto's:24%.......Coupe:60%........Conver tible:40%......... Leather:64%..........Cloth:36%

So I guess if youve got a auto Conv with cloth seats youve got a better chance of having it be rare
