My name is Darren I have a 1982 ford mustang GL 5.0 hatchback four speed.This car came factory with hood scoop,rear defroster ,tilt wheel,cruise controle .I put a 1984 ford 5.0 motor in it took the fuel injection off and went back stock.The car has 60.000 miles on it.I I have the origonal motor and heads for this car.The motor I put in the stang came out of a shortbed truck so I have bigger pistons and came for a stock motor this stang will do a 360 in third gear.This is the first stang I have restored.I have owned four of them.I am 33 years old father of three My love is to restore old cars.But this stang has proven to be a task.Were can I get parts for this car ?Anyone know?I went to my nearest mustang dealer he could not help.

ebay and any mustang forum that has classifieds are the way to go for parts.

i hate ebay but unfortunately when your cars are over 15 years old....there is not much else but junkyard picking.
