Don't think I'm going to make it on the 5th, as I'm in the process of putting in a brake line lock at this time. I figure it'll take me a couple of days at least. It'd be quicker if I had bought the right sized brake lines to start with.....[:@]
I got the Hurst kit. A little more expensive, but it's rebuildable, whereas most cheaper ones aren't.
The shop I bought it from recommended I not buy the install kit (around $20) because it wasn't really the ideal kit for a Fox Stang. I would have still needed to buy lines.
Now that I'm into the project, I believe he was right. Ford really didn't use their brain too well when the did the braking system on these Stangs. They ran 2 separate lines from the master cylinder to the front brakes, instead of 1 line, then teeing off into 2 lines going the the front brakes. Thus, when putting in a line lock, you have to do some replumbing...[&:]

^ Glad to see another among us. I think Kyle was trying to make fun of us, he just didnt come right out and say anything.
First of all they did it for a reason, and it works great. Second of all... can you picture a bunch of weiners sitting around a table thinking.... "WEll BOB, I think they might try to put a linelock on these here Mustangs... I think we should split the brake lines so they can make fun of us later on down the line. " Probably not huh. HAHAHAH
Where were you sitting NH ? I was in the first set of seats and like half way up. I didnt see you what so ever.

Casper I was sitting in the very first section of seats, the ones right in front of the waterbox. I was about half way up as well. I was sitting there taking pictures with my girl next to me. I have only seen you once, but I'm sure I would recognize you. I was there for the most part, except I was over at the car show for the awards. What happend that they shut down for a while? I missed that at the car show.
