Rear end question

I have a question in regard to a 1990 8.8 rear axle. How much in and out play, if any is allowable? I have about 1/8".

on the axle shafts i assume? 1/8 is fine, this is normal on all c clip rear ends

Does anybody know of a good reputable place around cincinnati/dayton to get 3.73's put in at? I'm thinking it will be time for them within the next couple months.
