burning oil
i have a question for anyone that would like to answer. I have a 95 mustang gt 5.0L when i drive down the road just criusing i have no problems but when i punch it and i get up to about 3500 rpm i start to see smoke and smell oil real bad. I noticed the other day that my right bank spark plug wires have a lot of oil on them as well as my headers i was thinking valve seals but then i saw that and now I'm thinking possible valve cover gaskets. Any ideas?

Check your PCV valve / system. Sounds like you are developing too much crankcase pressure and blowing oil past the valve cover gasket. Might need to replace that gasket too. If you're lucky maybe that's all that's wrong?
If the engine is high mileage and has worn rings, there could be too much blow by going on for the PCV system to deal with. Same result - too much crankcase pressure.
