Is it okay for the muffler to be the same size as the tip?

But just the relation of the tip size to the muffler size. Considering what most mufflers look like, I find it amusing

Thats the exhaust set-up I have, the tips are only 3.5 inches, no big deal

You guys missed it. Not even worth trying to explain. I find it funny the tips are almost bigger than the mufflers. Mufflers are usually bigger than tipsby alot. The relation is funny and I found that amusing and wrong.
