Is it okay for the muffler to be the same size as the tip?

 

why not...........the tip has nothing to do with the velocity of flow dude...........

 

But just the relation of the tip size to the muffler size. Considering what most mufflers look like, I find it amusing.

Thats the exhaust set-up I have, the tips are only 3.5 inches, no big deal

 

You guys missed it. Not even worth trying to explain. I find it funny the tips are almost bigger than the mufflers. Mufflers are usually bigger than tipsby alot. The relation is funny and I found that amusing and wrong.

 

you gotta chill ......................if you look at the more prox part of the tips it is still same size as the pipes, dont see your point.......

 

you ever hear of glass-packed mufflers, there real cheep and sound ok. they look just like that. there ok
